Go ahead and use the Wallpapers and Tiles however you want. If there is good place, put a link or something acknowledging that they came from me.

If you use them for something that is not non-profit, use part of the profits to make a donation to your local Rescue Mission or World Vision.

Basically, just don't go claiming that the graphics were made by you, and that you own the rights to them.
